CUSTOM SNAP-IN CARPETTexas Yacht Tailors uses a premium marine grade rubber backed carpet, finished with 1 inch Sunbrella to make the snap-in carpet. The carpet is the same carpet that you will find being used by many of the world’s leading boat manufactures. Marine grade carpet is designed to withstand the harsh marine environment without fading or degrading. It is made using solution dyed fibers enhanced with UV stabilizers that protect it from the extreme sun and moisture. We offer snap-in carpet in a 20 oz. cut pile (typically found on runabouts), 30 oz. berber (typically found on cruisers, and yachts) and a 40 oz. premium cut pile.
Texas Yacht Tailors services the Dallas, Ft. Worth Metroplex, and offers installation in this area for an extra charge of $100. We work with your existing pieces of carpet, or your pattern. For customers out of the area, we offer a patterning kit, and will ship the finished pieces to you, with the snaps for installation. Please contact us for additional information and samples.

The following price list includes the carpet, labor, and materials to fabricate the snap-in carpet. We use the smallest piece possible to make all of your pieces. The price list does not include installation, shipping or any applicable state sales tax. Custom quotes are also available for projects that require more carpet.
